Corona Style Mill

Post by JimF »

I have a corona style mill that I don't need if anyone is interested. It is in working condition. It is made in China and heavy as hell. Might make a good boat anchor.

I don't need it, but I wanted to throw in a comment in case anyone is considering it. I use a corona mill I bought off of Jeremy to grind my grain. It actually works pretty well considering how cheap they are. If you are doing extract with grains they make crushing pretty fast and you can save money by buying more grain at a time uncrushed.

I've since gone all grain and I still use it. I took off the handle and put a bolt on there so I can power it with a cordless drill. I can crank though the 6# or so grain that I use per batch in less than 5 minutes.

So don't count these guys out!
