Yes, as luck would have it, this weekend is Maifest!

So, Randy (and others) if you want to make a road trip of it - game on! Let's figure out a rendezvous point for Sunday afternoon, say 2-ish and head down.

2-fers @ Reds doesn't start until 3, so we should be there in plenty of time to quaff 1/2 price brews.

If folks are looking for mules for their THIRSTY entries, speak up now.

Unless anybody has a better idea, can we just meet at your place, Tony? Would it be better to meet at 1pm? That would give us more time at Red's. They've got a really great lineup at the moment:

Flying Dog Raging Bitch
Toppling Goliath Naughty 90
Ommegang/Brasserie d’Achouffe Gnomegang
Haandbryggeriet Dark Force Imperial Wheat Stout
Dieu du Ciel Aphrodisiaque
Unibroue Trois Pistoles

None of the above are part of the 2 for one deal. But this is what I'm talking about when I say we need a good beer bar in CR! In a email I got today, they say they are ditching Bud and Miller light to free up two more taps for good beers!!!! Now that's what I'm talking about!

As for 2-for1 they have:
Bell's Two Hearted
Anchor Steam
Schell’s Stag Series Rauchbier
Big Sky Moose Drool
A few others such as Bell's wheat beers.

Coming soon on tap:
New Belgium Lips of Faith-Le Fleur Misseur
North Coast Scrimshaw
Paulaner Heffe-Weissbier
Sierra Nevada Summerfest

Ditto for me -- I'll be running some errands this morning on that side of town and wouldn't mind dropping off my entries.

Anyone know how they notify you of your results? I entered a brew and would like to see how it fared and what judges had to say.

They've not posted anything on their webpage about results yet.

They will mail out the judging sheets to you.

Have to download it, if this doesnt work you have to go to the thirsty classic web page. We have a couple 1st's and some other placers as well.
