Matt,
I'm doing the same thing. I'm currently working from the Tasty APA recipe and making some experimental changes. I've done the base recipe several times. My current batch should come in right at 5%. Depending on how this one comes out I may try to back the gravity back just a touch. It's dry hopping right now and will go on tap as soon as I can free up a keg.
