Yeah, I would like to use your chiller if that's still cool. However, I realized that we may need 2 burners so we can boil at the same time, Unless you would rather stagger batches. It would be helpful if we had 2 burners even if we do stagger the batches. I'm used to having my stove in the kitchen for heating water for strike and sparge. That won't be available, so, yeah, bring a burner if you can.

I forgot, I do have the main part of the structure for the bar… so someone at the Saturday event if they have room for a I would say a 4 by 4 that would be great, if not I’ll need to hook up with someone this week to get that to someone setting up at millstream..

A couple things. Does the club have a canopy? and if so I would like to use it for Saturday.

Randy, I'm planning to bring my burner and tank, which you are more than welcome to use. What style are you planning to make?

Also I'm planning to bring a power inverter to run my laptop for my recipes if you need power.

I can probably get it. When you say 4x4, do you mean 4'x4' and flat?

It's a flat panel, 40" x 42".

That would be great Randy, They're calling for a slight chance of rain in the morning, but I'm more interested in shade.

Big T, What will be provided as far as tables go? Do we need to bring out own? and have we determined if we're allowed to pour beer?

We'd like to us the club canopy on Sunday, too. For folks who've been to IFOB before, you know that shade is at a premium there. So having the extra shade from the canopy would be very nice.

So, we need to make sure that there is a good handoff between Saturday and Sunday. Randy, can you be the carrier of the canopy (pun intended!)?

In addition to my brewing gear, I plan to bring a couple of chairs, my canopy, a table, and a garden hose. Anything else we need?

I'll bring my brewing stuff(obviously) a hose splitter with valves, I'm trying to track down my folding table. a chair or two. and a cooler with growlers. do we have/need cups for sampling? Randy, are you milling your grain at home? I can bring my mill if you want to crush on site. I'm also planning to bring some samples of grain and hops for people to taste and smell.

Quick update on this, sorry they just got back to me.
  1. the water hookup is about 30’ or so away.. plan accordingly
  2. There are tables, but not sure what type available
  3. we will need our awning.. none provided and possible rain tomorrow.
  4. beer sampling shouldn’t be a problem, obviously our own discretion.
  5. We also should try and get the rest of the club shirts so we can sell those (Tim)??
