Added it: http://events.hooplanow.com/event_recur ... dar-rapids

I can probably feature it on the eat & drink homepage when it gets closer.

I will be bringing my brewing setup and doing a Honey Orange Wit. Apologies in advance for that.

Sorry for the late posting. I should be able to bring my set up as well. I haven't decided if I'll be brewing a brown ale or porter yet, but it will be 5 gallons. Also, we should be able to provide a table, buckets for spent grain, and a water cooler as well as the hose/water. If there's anything else we might need, let me know and I will try to have it ready for Saturday.

I'm going to bring some brats or italian sausages to throw on someone's grill. I can only hang out until 1 or 2.

It wouldn't be Big Brew Day without a BACONATOR (aka Bacon Explosion). We'll need a good sized grill (Pottsie, you bringing the weber?) and I'll bring a bag of charcoal and some grilling tools. The BACONATOR takes awhile to cook, so having a bigger grill will leave room for others to cook their stuff, too.

No planning to brew, but I will plan to bring a TAD keglet of my Moose Drool clone, so any intersted layfolk (i.e., non-brewers checking us out) can sample what we're trying to make.

Thanks to all who stopped by yesterday. I have my 5 gal of wit cranking away right now.

Tony B, great job on the weber, the Baconator was awesome!
