For anyone that could not make it last week, please find the Refractometer Calibration handout slides attached, below. If you have any questions about the slide content or building your own calibration solution, feel free to ask.

A couple of points worth noting that came from the meeting:
1. Use RO or distilled water to calibrate the Zero point on your refractometer.
2. Don't forget to divide your meter's reading by 1.04 to account for the Wort Correction Factor when taking gravity readings from your mash tun or boil kettle.
