We should start formulating a plan for set up. I will be free after 10 am on the 7th to clean up any loose ends if we set up on Thursday night.

I will be bringing a Kolsch. (CRolsch).

I think at the last meeting, we decided we were going to set up friday afternoon. I am going to take that afternoon off. Also, we are using the Speer Bros tap rig. So set up will be quick.

I have been so out of the loop lately. I'm off Fridays til 7/1. If anything needs to be done that day, let me know. I'm making the assumption that everything is covered at this point. I can bring some beer if we're short at all. I have a hefe that's ready. Let me know.

We still going to use my bar? I can set it up in the morning or drop it off to be set up. Its not the hard to do. But I will need to know when and where.

Yes, we definitely want to use your bar.  But I probably won't be involved, so I'll leave the time/place to someone else.

Can we get a confirmation on the actual start time? The St. Ludmila's webpage says the beer tasting is from 7-9pm, but that's much later than what we posted in the meeting minutes (5pm). I just don't want to show up hours before we need to, but don't want to be late either! :?

I just spoke with the contact at St Ludes. We will be pouring from 7-9. And we can set up any time we want. They will provide a table and ice.

So I was wondering how many kegs are we the club bringing? Also could I get an address to the church as I have only been there once before.

As many as we get. I don't think we have a total number. St. Ludmila's is at 211 21st Avenue Southwest. Near the in and out burger.

Looks like I was a little heavy handed when doing quality control. My keg is nearly empty. I'll be there to pour, and work. But won't have beer.

What time are we setting up - 5:30-ish??

BTW - I checked their website, there are no In-N-Out Burgers in Iowa!

I thought I would head over at 5, or just after. Travis is dropping off the tap box this afternoon, at my house. So I will bring that. I'll make sure and bring the sign, and banner as well. We should print more save the date flyers, for our fest.

We need the easel and white board to post the beer selection, too.

I'm running a little low on printer ink, but I can print a few "Save the Date" flyers.
