Never took chemistry, so I struggle with this stuff. I'm not an idiot, things I've read have been confusing..

If you like we can get together and I can walk you through how I estimate mash pH and treat my water. I recently had an RO system put in.

Was there already a Tech meeting on this. I moved to Marion recently and have an RO system in the new house. I would like to learn more about using RO water for brewing. I looked at the Brew N Water spreadsheet and would like some hands on help with it.

We can do another meeting if there's enough interest. It won't likely happen for a few months though as I think we already have plans for meetings after the new year. I am willing to meet individualy or a small group over a beer though.
