I am looking forward to this tasting. Depending on timing I may be a possible host site if needed.
The last single malt batch, wheat, is in the mash tun. Should be bottled and ready for the tasting in about 4 weeks.
I have plenty of ingredients left over, including a half pack of yeast. If anyone is interested in re-brewing a 1 gallon batch for comparison, let me know. I'll provide the exact same hops, malt, and water I used and point you to the recipe. The grains I have on hand are Pilsner, Munich, Wheat, Pale Ale, 2-Row, and Marris Otter.
