Daryl, what is your plan once primary is done? Leaving it as is or adding some fruit?

I think am going to leave it as it is; I am still trying to get a feel for how I am executing the basic recipes. And, I am trying to see how close I can get to the standard too - just for fun.

It's all drinkable - what a great hobby!
In the Fridge/On Tap: English Bitter, Schwarzbier, Cream Ale
In the keg: Wheat Beer, Russian Imperial Stout
In the bucket:
In the queue: Irish Red, American IPA
