Lee- do you have an extra pitcher to throw the bud lite into? I think the lack of dissolved co2 from powder and stirring may play into flavor too.

Reminder - Off Flavor Tech Meeting #2 is tomorrow night at Lion Bridge. They're opening just for us, so please buy a few pints out of gratitude. Doors open at 7:30 (maybe earlier) and we'll likely start the tasting by 7:45.
