Yeah... sorry I've been away from the computer for the weekend.

At the meeting I announced the next planning meeting will be Wednesday 27th [tomorrow ] at 3rd base brewery. Start at 8pm.

Any objections please speak up. If a date or time works better for you please speak up.

Is there a flyer available to print or hang for the festival? Work does a homebrew contest mid June for Employee Appreciation Days (most call it employee termination days) and I would like to have a sign advertising our festival.

Next meeting should be on the 8th, as we said it was time to go to biweekly meetings. Place is TBD at this point.

Does anyone have club beer glasses? We need to know what to order, and this needs to be finalized fairly quickly

Do you mean, does anyone have the task of ordering them? Or are you wondering about the glasses themselves?

Sorry I have not been to any meetings lately. My schedule does not clear up much until about August 11. That being said, I do plan to bring beer. I am open to some suggestions too. Anything I make you guys would specifically like me to bring? I need to get brewing for this since it is coming up in a little more than 7 weeks. I was thinking of bringing some of my Double IPA recently brewed for club comp, a version of my Hoppy Session Saison and a few variations of chocolate stout (orange & vanilla, orange & hot peppers, coffee, coconut maybe).

Reminder to everyone, get brewing, festival is right around the corner! Snuck up on me!

The glasses themselves. I think a couple people have a case for one reason or another [like judging?] Just wondering if we have another couple cases floating around that we don't need to order.
