A nine inch spiral will do a 6-gallon batch. So ten batches from a 60-gallon pack.

I use medium toast french oak with red wine, cider, traditional mead, and belgian sour ales.

This should last a year and half (more if I don't get stupid with wine and cider this fall).

Aaah, that explains it better. I thought "60 gallons" literally meant a 60 gallon container filled with oak spirals....

We are not sure what * special order means but will find out when place the order. Do you have anything you would like us to substitute if we cannot get the Crisp Glen Eagles Maris Otter?
