I am thinking that a Friday distribution would work best..to give participants a weekend to process their beers for fermenting.

Or a Saturday morning, so the wort can processed within hours of distribution from LB.

I have to believe, storing the wort in a properly sanitized bucket for 24-48 hours would not cause too many off flavors; especially given.

Saturday morning would be best for most I would imagine or Friday late afternoon. All depends on Quinton's schedule

Those are Fridays and Saturdays - if I did my math correctly.

22/23 work for me, I'm out of town most of 29/30 (though possibly things can be arranged for people who are slightly off schedule)
