I think wheat malt OK. I consider it a base malt.

Another call to get your grain orders in. We are ready to place order soon. Would like to place order next week. Here is order sheet so far.
Feel free to open it up and make sure your order is correct. Let me know if need to make any changes. First two pages show the number of bags you ordered and of what. Last page has your rough estimated total. Prices subject to change and not sure what we may have to pay for other fees or taxes yet. This is the best estimate I have at this time and should be close.
Also, if you have not paid you annual membership dues yet, that is added in to your order. Dues are $20 for the year and go towards funding club activities, paying for equipment, fees and our insurance coverage.
