I can't go to the festival but I can send a keg of beer. Just let me know where I can drop it off.

Who's pulling the trailer with the bar?
Who else is driving down?
Carpooling?
Rendezvous point/time?
I'd suggest an evening get together to discuss things, but I'm booked almost every evening this week. Tuesday evening is my only opening.
I was under the impression that Daryl would be taking the trailer down.
I'm driving, but taking family with, so no carpooling.
Festival starts at 2PM, I figure it should only take us an hour to set up, so meet at 1? I don't have contact with the fest runners, so no idea on where to meet.
I can fit an extra keg or two and take them down.
Who has the trailer right now?

The trailer is at Lee's. I would suggest being there to setup no later than 12:30. We always seem to run down to the last minute. BTW, has any charged the batteries? Last year the biggest challenge was getting ice.

Ok, I live not that far from Lee's place. I can meet you guys at Lee's to hand off the kegs. What time are you thinking?

So, the game plan is to rendezvous at Lee's house sometime around 11am?

I'll be driving down with family, so I can't meet at Lee's, but I can definitely meet you guys down there. We plan on leaving at 11 anyways.
Cal, if you want to drop off a keg sometime this week at my house I can take it down. Message me for my address. Otherwise if you can get it to the trailer that works too.

Would you please post your beer on the Heroku?

Current status:
Trailer - Brian is the primary on towing the trailer with his Tahoe; I will be the back-up with my pick-up truck.
Beers - we have beers pledged from: Matt F., Josh P., Karl, Cal, Tony, Randy, and myself. Please post your beers on the herokuapp, so that I can print out the display cards Friday evening. I will post more about how we will get your beers in the next day or two.
Arrival/Setup - I agree with Randy, let's get the trailer on the ped mall by 12:30....that gives us 90 minutes to unload, set-up, get ice, hook-up and work out any bugs we have with the bar.
Carpooling.....I will be leaving from Springville, if Brian is hauling the trailer...anyone can ride along. But, I will be departing at 11 AM. Those of you in town and want a ride, should reach out to Brian to see if he has an open seat.
We pour from 2 PM until 6 PM...in the past two years, I have been home before 10 PM....usually between 9 and 9:30 PM. That has included getting a bite to eat after we clean-up the bar.
We could use a keg of StarSan, to rinse the beer lines when we are done. Is there one in the trailer, or can someone volunteer to bring one?
I think that about covers it for now....more later as more information/details are available.

I am out of town so can't get you kegs. For folks towing, you need a 2" ball hitch. There is not one in the club trailer. I have been using my personal trailer hitch. Also, discovered recently Star San is a bad thing to leave in your beer lines. You are better served using a cleaner like BLC but double the recommended dose and thorough rinse with water.

We'll see if we can get BLC, but if not I would recommend that StarSan, followed by a good rinse....and then I would drain the taps of the water.
We should get some covers or plugs for the taps to keep the little critters from taking up residence in them between uses.

I have some beer line cleaner that I will donate and I will have it ready to go for in a ball lock keg the weekend. I also have room for a few people to ride along.

Brian, can I ride along? If so, I'll meet you at Lee's house at 11am (or whatever time works for you).

Sure thing. I think we should leave by 11. Not meet at 11. I will have the trailer hooked up and ready to go @ 11.

Ok. We are not meeting @ Lee's. Lee stated that would not sit well with the boss. Also, who has the keys for the trailer?
