Last I heard wait time to get approved has tripled since January to more than 18 months. Now that is pro business...

If you go passed your ETA Inspection date, all you got to do is get in contact with your local senator and should be expedited. At least that's what other breweries with the same problem did and worked.

I know that doesn't cover custom recipe development, but just to get started?
Typically a manufacture sends a crew to install the equipment and come back later to brew with you and go over the process with the equipment. Most of those guys will know the efficiencies, etc. to guide you in the right path. Clock Tower used Crawford and they don't have anyone hired to do that. The guy who used to do it was the brewer at Front Street and he moved to Arizona.. so not an option. I know Todd talked of trying to get him to fly in and help but don't know what came of that. Last Todd told me is they almost all the fermenters full and opening soon!

If you're a busisness and you need something from your senator, you will likely be required to make a donation to their campaign fund before they will help you with your issue... bribes are only allowed for politicians, apparently.
The guy who submitted a barley wine in the Furious competition...

Senator or represenative, one of the two. Either way the issue going on with the TTB needs addressed.
