Correct. 2 bottles for turn in. Think 1 bomber has been ok too.

There is risk with submitting only one sample; particularly glass bottles. Haven't had any breakage on my watch, but accidents do happen.

And, we sometimes need to do two rounds of judging in one evening. If there is only one bomber, it will be left open (or loosely capped with alot of oxygen headspace) until the second round.

2 - 12 ounces would help mitigate these issues....but we'll take bombers.

Doesn't IBC have that tango dancing thing going on during the time of the meeting?

They assured us it would not be an issue as the dance thing only takes up a small corner.

We are also doing our grain order through IBC so seems appropriate. If does not work out we will avoid tango night in the future. Meeting to commence around 8. You will know when I ring the bell. You'll see what I mean.
