Thanks, it's been a year since I entered. I wasn't sure if it was two or three.carrisr wrote:2 twelve oz or 1 bomber as usual.

Correct. 2 bottles for turn in. Think 1 bomber has been ok too.wyzzyrdd wrote:There is a beer turn in this month right? How many bottles are required?

Re: January meeting
There is risk with submitting only one sample; particularly glass bottles. Haven't had any breakage on my watch, but accidents do happen.
And, we sometimes need to do two rounds of judging in one evening. If there is only one bomber, it will be left open (or loosely capped with alot of oxygen headspace) until the second round.
2 - 12 ounces would help mitigate these issues....but we'll take bombers.

Re: January meeting
Doesn't IBC have that tango dancing thing going on during the time of the meeting?

Re: January meeting
They assured us it would not be an issue as the dance thing only takes up a small corner.Eric B wrote:Doesn't IBC have that tango dancing thing going on during the time of the meeting?
We shall see how things go.

Re: January meeting
We are also doing our grain order through IBC so seems appropriate. If does not work out we will avoid tango night in the future. Meeting to commence around 8. You will know when I ring the bell. You'll see what I mean.
