4 PM should be fine. Alec is going to e-mail me when it is ready and I can post it soon after. So it could be earlier than 4 PM.

All of the purchases buckets have been dropped off.

Those who purchased buckets with your wort, your name will be on the lid.

Everyone who did not buy a bucket with your wort, your vessel has been checked in.

All who registered, has their respective buckets in the brew room at Lion Bridge.

Alec is going to do his best to have the wort ready to go as early as possible. He will e-mail me when they start filling the buckets...and I'll pass that information along here and our Facebook pages.

Tomorrow is the CRBS version of Big Brew Day!

Good luck everyone.

Fire up your kettles, it's BREW DAY! Alec is planning on having the wort ready around 2 PM. The brewery is running a batch prior to ours, so I would not show up any earlier than that.

If you do, and you need to wait, I recommend the Sticke Altbier on nitro....very nice! OR...the Ziva Voda, which is excellent this year!

Have a great brew day!

I measured 1.059 on my refractometer.

My entries are not touching a kettle, though ;)

3 different beers, 3 burners, 3 hop schedules, 3 yeasts, 3 fermenters, 1 mini mash, 1 cold steep on a Friday after work. Oh yeah, and make dinner for the family. Remind me not to do that again, sheesh! (It was kind of fun though, except I’ll maybe just order pizza next time!) Looking forward to trying these babies!

Ran 2 beers today. The first just needed a boil. It's already fermenting strong. The second was a partial mash of sorts. It's going to be a Lager so needs to cool down overnight. Got everything put away by 7:30 after running a deep clean cycle.
