Damn, that's cheap. Does that include shipping? IIRC last time they added a little onto it to cover our part of the shipping, but still, way cheaper than UPS/Fedex.
When do you need the $? And thanks for organizing it.

When and who do we give money to? Depending on when it gets here, I may be able to help pick it up.

As far as I know that is the bottom line. Dave

We need to discuss this at the next brew club meeting. I would like someone else to handle the pick up and money. Also, I needed to include a whole $1.30 a bag for freight on the spreadsheet. Dave

The grain has arrived at Millstream. Someone will need to coordinate the pick up and payment by check. I will be happy to send Chris at Millstream emails, but I will not be picking up the grain or coordinating the payment. We will need to discuss this tonight.

Dave when I opened the spreadsheet again to review what I owe. I noticed a little green triangle in Tim Sines freight column which means there is a warning attached. When I looked at it there was a problem with the formula you applied to the spreadsheet (only on Tims order).

The formula for Tim freight was not applying the first row of his order. Tim your correct frieght is $5.20 not $2.60.

Not sure if you all have already resolved or not. I did look through the thread to see if there was discussion on this and there wasn't. Sorry Tim, but someone would have had to pay that additional $2.60.

Actually, the total doesn't account for the first line at all. I recognized that, and accounted for it in my total payment. Which I will make tonight. My actual total is $78.70.

Damn, nice catch Tim, the only reason I noticed something was because it was kicking the warning when I opened it. I didn't even see the tally issue.

Bring your money for grain tonight. We can deposit it in the Beer Nuts account and write one check to Millstream from there.

Dave, any idea on Millstream's preference for us to get the grain? Weekday, weekend, afternoon, morning, etc. I may be able to go get it. Just depends when. I am guessing they would like us to get is ASAP. All things we can discuss at the meeting tonight.

For those of you that ordered grain, we may attempt to pick it up at 3pm at Millstream on Saturday, February 26. We are waiting for word from Millstream if this is OK so I will post if it is a go when I know.

As of right now we have no word from Millstream so there may be no grain pick up today. We are attempting to contact them today. Right now there is no pick up time scheduled. I will post here if that changes. Otherwise it will have to be some time this week.

Sounds like we will pick up the grain on Thursday. I will bring back Dave R's and Matt should be bringing back the rest unless anyone wants to meet at Millstream at 3:30.

I have to run home right after picking up the grain. I will have my car load at my house and you can contact me to pick it up that night or any other day. I am also hosting the next club meeting in a couple weeks and if you can't get your grain before then, you can pick it up at the meeting. Directions to my place are posted on the March meeting page and you can call me at 319-654-5146 or shoot me an email at mfranklin@aegonusa.com.
