I am most likely working late tomorrow night.

oh yeah and I almost forgot.

THANK YOU TOM BURNS!
I'm planning to go get some after work today, if it isn't all gone. I'll pick you up a couple bottles.
I picked up two 4-packs at Benz. If you (or anyone is interested in a couple of bottles) let me know. I want to keep a minimum of one 4-pack, but if I have to I'll keep all of them...
Thanks Jim, I will take the other 4 pack if no one else is interested in any, if someone wants the other 2 bottles then I will take the original 2 that I requested.

I stopped by the BF Hy Vee yesterday to get some smokes and they still had plenty so I got 2 4 packs, so if anyone else wants them, they can have, or if you would like to keep them thats cool too. I said I would take 2 bottles and still willing as I could not resist and drink 2 last night.

I'd be happy to relieve someone of 2-4 bottles if there's any still available. I'm having a hard time following what's been claimed and what's available. Let me know if anyone want's to part with a couple

FYI -- the Blairs/Centerpoint HyVee Liquor Store has about 15 of the 4-packs left, as of this morning. $20 each.

$3 bottles!

Post by hoboscratch »

Was at Moose McDuffy's after work for happy hour. They have Bourbon County bottles. No price listed on the flier, but figured to pay the $9 or so that pints at Reds are running for. Nope. They were $3. That was happy hour prices, and the same as other craft brews. I am not sure what regular prices are, but if you're in the mood for a cheap Bourbon County, check the Moose out at happy hour.

I had no idea the ole Moose had some good beers in stock. Anything else that looked interesting for brews? I haven’t been there in ages.

In retrospect, "craft beer" might be a bit of an exaggeration. They had Iowa Pale Ale, bottles of Longhammer, and I'm really not sure what else. Typical non-BMC stuff. I was really surprised and impressed about the Bourbon County tho, and for $3!
