I haven't taken the FG for my bicentennial yet but it should be around 7%.

I'm also taking a Shakespeare stout clone and a pear cider. Names? Maybe "Shake Spear" or "Shakes Beer"? Open to suggestions. Stout is 7.5%, cider is around 4.5%.

For the cider maybe" Wood Puck Perry" or "Fox Firkin"?

Did they ever get back to us on how much beer they were 'allowing' us to bring?

See my earlier post about the "rules".

I'll add Randy's other 2 and that leaves us only 1 shy of the 20 beer limit. We can bring more, but will have store them elsewhere.

Randy, I like "ShakesBeer". How about "Medea - not your ordinary Perry"? Or use the movie poster - "Madea's Big Happy Perry"?

Shane, I went in a different direction for yours. I'm very political on some issues and whaling is one of them. So, see if you like this one.

If you think the reference to Harpoon was too obscure in that one, this was is a little more obvious.

I recommend disassembling the bar at the end of the night so we can just grab and go in the morning. At least their time frame matches mine. Would have rather loaded up Friday night though.

Also, I compiled a list of the seminars. Thought it could come in handy as there is an extensive variety available.

Here's a new version of your James Brown Ale. See if you like it. Just needs the ABV of your beer.

Tony, my 2 kegs of James' Brown average 6%

Anybody planning on doing any volunteering? I received an email asking for volunteers. I think I will pass as I don't want to commit to much beyond setting up for club night.

I'm inclined to agree with Tony as we should have another meeting to discuss the progress and any remaining action items, and travel times/rendezvous at 3 Floyds/ etc.
What is everyone's schedule for next week? I'm thinking Sunday afternoon [6-1] through Thursday [6-5]? as this will still allow us some time to accomplish things that may have been overlooked.

I can make whatever work.

I agree, need to meet again soon. Evenings after 8 work best for me. Sunday may be possible. Otherwise Wednesday or Thursday work for me as of today.

I'm good every night next week. Monday would have to be after 8pm, but the other nights, anytime works.
