Please let me know if there is any additional information needed that would be helpful
Looking forward to this event, and appreciate lion bridge and the hard work of other members to make it happen.

I can bring a couple of buckets, a bag of ice, and my picnic taps & CO2 dispenser to pour mine, if we're not setting up the bar or the jockey boxes?
I also have a small tent that I can bring, if Quinton is OK with that, so we can have some shade from the sun. Otherwise, I'll have to dunk myself in SFP-50 to make it through the afternoon.

I posted my beer on heroku; and plan on being there (although it's a bit young)

Submitted my beers for judging today. I will be pouring on Sunday, as stated on The Facebook. I will need a 9.1 kg bag of ice.

What's the scoop??
The good news - there was a nice write-up in today's Hoopla about our event on Sunday. However, the times listed said 4 - 7:30pm, when the results of the judging will be announced. So, are we starting at 3 or 4pm? Assume we should show up about an hour before whichever start time to set up.

Lion Bridge Facebook post says 4 o'clock. It must be true if it's on The Facebook. Except for that Bob Marley dead homeless guy thing.

My beer is all in bottles. I will bring the bottles but not sure how long I can stay to pour.

With regard to who is pouring and how, this is what I know:
16 Brewers Pouring
Tony Browning - Kegs
Cal Corrin - Bottles/Growlers
Brandon Franklin - Kegs
Matt Franklin - Kegs
Andrew Gray - Bottles/Growlers
Brian Hall - Kegs
Mike Hora -
Mark jensen - Kegs
Andrew Konigsmark - Bottles/Growlers
Andrew Maixner - Bottles/Growlers (not attending, providing beer)
Daryl McCall - Bottles/Growlers
Pat McCusker - Kegs
Lee Paulsen - Bottles/Growlers (not attending, providing beer)
Tim Sines -
Fred Spinner -
Dan White -
I have not heard from Derek Doan or Shane Freese.
Ana wants us to pour inside. We will setup in the Events Room along the walls. It will be cooler for us; and we will be impervious to humidity and rain.
Lion Bridge does not have the ability to support us with ice or coolers. So everyone will be responsible for providing their own coolers, ice, and everything you need to pour (i.e. CO2, cobra taps, etc.).
The club now owns a limited number of Corny Taps. These are chrome beer taps that screw on to a ball-lock or pin-lock quick disconnect and attach directly to your keg. Crank down the CO2 pressure and, with a little calibration, you can get a good pretty good pour (not a ton of foam). You are welcome to try them if you are bringing kegs and would like to use an alternative to cobra taps. PM or e-mail me if you are interested and I can reserve one for you and have them at LB on Sunday.
Looks like we will have 14-17 pouring stations representing nearly nearly 30 beers and about 18 brewers...so no one will go thirsty.
Show up early enough to set-up to be ready to pour, starting at 3 PM.
I will have your T-shirt for you too - wear'em proud, only the Brewers will be wearing them. I think they look great.

Sundays are typically family day in my house and It is still up in the air whether or not I will be in attendance that day. I can bring my keg and mashtun cooler filled with ice along with a picnic tap. I will make sure it is there before hand ready to pour!

Re: Recipe for Disaster - Wort Rally
I will be driving back from Minnesota on Sunday. But I should have plenty of time to get there. I'll bring a cobra tap, but would prefer to use a corny tap. If there are some still available, I'd like to call dibs on one. I have a full keg and a half keg. I think I'm bringing the half keg.

Re: Recipe for Disaster - Wort Rally
The wife is still a little pissy about me coming on Sunday, but I will. I will maybe even talk her into coming, so you guys better be on your best behavior!
Since I only have one cobra/picnic tap from my more ghetto days of kegging and nothing portable to push CO2 with, I think I better pour off Growlers and Swing tops (since I only own two growlers)... for the event. One of my "three" entries-- surprisingly enough kinda good mixed on the cold side-- is a 50/50 mix of the two anyway.. so.. I'll just do the same as when I bottled them for the judging. Growler fill on cold glass and cap. This way I can put them in a big cooler and add ice and be more or less self-sufficient.
I might only be able to stay for 2-3 hours of the 4. I assume later will be busier than earlier. Any preference Daryl? Later works for me better. If you absolutely need me the whole time, then I'll do it but there will be just a little more hell to pay with the wife.
Once my 10# tank runs out, I'm going to buy a 20# too and a better regulator for the keezer (probably a dual) and then use the 10# for backup and portable. You guys are starting to talk me into it. Winter break project, likely.
