How sour did it get, it would be really nice to bring a sour to the Benz fest, I don't think I have seen a sour there before although just may have not noticed. Bet there would be some people there that would take to them especially on a hot day. Plus that is what this is all about expose the public to us as well as unique beer.
I have yet to brew for any of the club events, but I would love to bring 5 gallons of Sour Cherry Ale that I've just brewed this last week. If you'll have me, that is.

More the merrier I always say. That sour cherry does sound nice, especially on a hot day.

Wow, this is shapping up to be another great showing for the Beer Nuts. Lets all just remember to bring our A game to this one as this is the only CR event that we do each year.

I'll have to wait till later in the day to try and get that gal to trade me shirts. I think with a couple more beers she would have done it.

I have a 5 gallon keg of an American Brown Ale I would like to contribute to the fest. I cannot be there until well after the event starts. Who should I give my keg to so it is ready to pour when the gates open?

We are going to see if we can drop our kegs off ahead of time to let them settle. If we can you can drop it off the day before.

Are we going to post a sign up for this for volunteering to help during the fest? I can show up beforehand and help set up, and help dispense for a couple hours but I have some stuff going on later that afternoon I'll have to leave early for.

Also, I had mentioned earlier in the thread I hoped to have half a keg left over from a family party that I had brewed for. Turns out more people dipped into it than I had expected, so I only have about 1/4 of a keg. Not sure if its worth it to bring it down or not?

I'm there most of the day, but may have to bail out near the end if we run late.

I've got 5 gals of Czech Pils to bring to pour.

Tim, I have talked the wife into taking what is eventually sure to be "my drunk ass" down to the and pick me up and take me home, if you are interested in a ride. I will be going to the event early to help set up and probably staying late to help tear down. So I will most likely be there from about 11AM till about 6 if you are interested.

A couple of us are doing the bike ride thing - what time is set up - we might be able to help out with that even thought I doubt we can make the event? Would that be an issue and is there stuff you need help with?

I plan on being there for most of the fest.

Has someone started a list of items that we need to bring? Just curious.

I too plan to be there all day. I plan to bring Belgian Dubbel, Coffee Porter, the Randall (as long as I get it finished in time) a folding chair. I can bring a folding table too if it would be helpful.

People usually start getting there for setup between 10:30 and 11:30 for set up.

Since we are going to have the new bar, we don't need one to set up service on, however, might be nice to have to set personal coolers on and such.
