So does anyone who was willing to share want to bring some simcoe and amarillo to the club meeting this thursday? I am planning on brewing my Surly Clone this saturday if anyone wants to stop by as well.

I have the recipe except for the dry hop blend. Can someone post that here? I don't have Beer Smith to open the file.

the dry hop blend is:
5oz simcoe
2.5 oz anthunum
0.5 oz warrior
0.5 oz amarillo

That sounds more like it. I thought there was over a half pound of dry hops. I couldn't follow Lee's link at work. The administrators at my employer have the site blocked. Neato.

I purchased the rest of the simcoe and ahtanum from BIY today. Looking forward to brewing this one. Also, I was at Northern Brewer last weekend and they had no Surly Furious kits available. They also only had one pack of Roselare for you sour heads. That's gone now too.

My Furious has been in primary since 6-3. Waiting to dry hop until this weekend.

I have some. I can bring it to the meeting. it's in 8oz packs, though.
