Next meeting for the festival planning is Wednesday the 22nd at Broken Spoke. We will start at 8PM.
Come to this meeting [or contact me] if you want some posters to hang, are interested in handing out fliers at local establishments, or would like to have tickets you would like to sell.
We are getting down the the final month until our festival.

I should have tickets at my front door too. If you want some to sell for 20 in advance stop by tomorrow or contact me at any time.

It's that time again. Lets plan on 8PM starting busisness at the Broken Spoke on Wednesday 8-05.
We are only 3 weeks away! We need to start doing the nit-pickey things like plan out the street, assign jobs, etc.
Remember to post your brews on the heroku app, too.

I'm available to help out on the 29th, but I can't make it to any meetings since I have class on Wednesday nights. My last class for the block is on the 12th, so I can make it after that.

Thursday the 20th will be the monthly club meeting at Lion Bridge I do believe. We will be going through the final details of the festival

Any chance we can get a slot on some of the radios stations to give some airtime to talk about our fundraiser?
Tim did a great job last year on AM 600. I'm sure it brought in a few folks.

Should be some chatter on KRNA and I think another station if I'm not mistaken.
