Was there a place to sign up for working the event or just show up?

We will be setting up the bar and assisting Benz, starting around 11 AM....we need to be ready to pour by 1 PM - that is when the VIP hour begins.

This is simpler then our Beer Festival....there are mainly four phases:

1) SETUP - Setup involves getting the bar and tent out of the trailer, assembling the tent, assembling the bar, rinsing the lines, setup kegs, ice them down, and do a few test pours. From there, we will give Benz a hand in setting up.

2A) HOST/POUR - We pour from 1PM - 5PM. The pouring crew will be responsible for swapping in/out kegs and replenishing CO2 and ice as needed.
2B) SELL/PROMOTE - Promote our festival by handing out business cards; sell tickets to our festival; sell beer bling.

3) TEARDOWN/CLEAN-UP - We teardown/clean-up beginning at 5 PM; drain and rinse the lines; disassemble the bar; store the bar in the trailer; disassemble the tent; store the tent in the trailer. Return kegs to the walk-in cooler at Benz or owners take their kegs home when they leave; or for owners not in town but providing beer - get with someone and let them know what to do with your keg/bottles/growler/???.

4) CELEBRATE - When everything is loaded into the trailer and our vehicles; we will adjourn to a mutually agreed upon watering hole and kickback a bit.

I'll be there @ 11am. Will need to bail out for about 30 minutes around 4pm to feed the dogs and let them out. Will be back before 5pm to help with tear down.

I am planning on 11.

I'm not sure exactly when I'll get there. I have a couple guests in town for the weekend, but fortunately some of them like beer, and so they get to join us.

For whomever is writing up draft rotation: I removed my Cherry Cyser from the listings, I don't think it's aged out sufficiently yet.

I presume that for any "special tasting" bottles for VIP hour, just show up with them?

ice containers for chilling kegs

I am going to be in Des Monies on Saturday so I won't be there, but I am still planning on dropping off the beer I have on Friday at Benz. Enjoy the fest!

Tim said he was getting trailer at the last meeting. I can grab it though if need be. I am already on that side of town.
