FYF IPA bubbling away in the fermonster this morning. Using Omega Labs Conan yeast. Hit 1.090 as I hoped with 6.5 gallons. Hope to have 5 gallons in the end after all the dry hopping that is going to happen. Grist is Golden Promise with a little White Wheat and one pound of sugar. Treated water and hit Mash PH right on the nose with 5.3. 12 oz. of hops used in the whirlpool. Another 12 oz. to go. Smells great already!

Also, you can still order custom printed grog tags to pick up at the conference.

Yeah I think I'm going to need to do that. My tags still have not arrived despite shipping the 13th. If they don't come today I'll assume the postal service lost them and order some for will-call.

For those if us attending, let's meet to go over plans and carpooling. What works best for everyone? My evenings are flexible next week. I think we're going to have the club meeting Thursday if I recall. How about Tuesday at 7 or 8?

As of right now we have 18 beers entered which is fine. They'll store and deliver up to 20, so we can easily take 2 more. Any beyond that can still go but you'll be responsible for them at the convention.

Im probably not going, they delayed my wife's surgery till the 9th today due to an emergency heart surgery on a pregnant woman.

I'll be at Lion Bridge for the CSA release party for Centaurus. How about then?
