Anything you can do to get the word out will help. Be direct, and ask them to go to Eventbrite and buy tickets.

We sold 10 more tickets today. Ten people shared it today.
Share the event with people. They won't come, if you don't tell them about it.

In a staff meeting today when they asked at the end if anybody has anything and everyone usually just sits in silence I announced our festival. It was beautiful. Did not even have to go to HR.
