Who ------Amount of beer --- Style ----- Bottle/Keg --- (comments)
Travis --- 5 gallons --- Porter ---- Keg --- (Experimental brew, waiting to make a final call on Thursday if its drinkable)

Tom --- 5 gallons --- IPWheat --- Keg --- Wheat with 56 IBUs, Citra at flameout. Tap box for 3 ball lock kegs. Regulator

Dave R. --- ~1 gallon --- IPA --- Bottles --- Almost black ipa

Tim S. --- 3+ Gallon --- Baltic Porter --- Keg

Randy C. --- ~1.5 gallons --- Apricot Wheat --- Bottles

Randy C. --- ~1/2 gallon --- Not so Pale Ale ---Bottles. Also a couple chairs.

Benz provides a canopy so we shouldn’t need one.

I guess that could be correct. I was out of town last year and missed the event.

So ignore my last comment and bring the canopy.

Bigfoot say keep simple. Whoever have, canopy bring canopy. If need canopy, set up canopy.

Bigfoot also say everyone know Bigfoot smell like shit. Please make effort not to point out everytime you see Bigfoot. Thank you.

We had canopies last year.  Or at least I did.  It was windy as hell and i had a hell of a time keeping my tent down.  They should have them again this year I'm sure.

OK, what Matt said, minus the smelly part.

Next up: Do we have badges yet? Yes I know, there's always "we don't need no steenkin badges!"

Last year the wind took down a couple canopies and we went without. It was so windy the big Miller blow up gameroom was dragging 6 15 gallon kegs around. I wouldn't have set ours up either. Though by the time the event started it got really nice out. They should have one, bar any freak accident.

Unless I find the magic clue on the MSWord mail merge problem, badges will not likely happen in the next couple of days.

If we dont have enough beer already I have some bombers of my Pomagranate wheat, IPA, and German ALT(which is like a brown)

If you need me to bring them just let me know, I have a lot of the IPA and the ALT and only a couple bottles of the poma left.

If you need me to do anything else that day or before to prepare for the event just let me know.
