If someone else has beer they want to donate, I could keep my keg. I would prefer to give my ticket to someone donating beer.

That last post may have come across as giddy. I'm just excited and on my 3rd cup of coffee for the day....

OK, back to serious biz: so far here's the beers that we have:
Tom's weizenbock
Tim's coffee bender (or hefe)
Tony's Irish Red, American Brown and Marblehead (Boston Lager Clone).
Club Keg from Big Brew Day (Rocktoberfest).
We have
Tom's keg 5gal
Tony 4.5 gal
Club beer 5 gal
Dave 3 gal
Bottles, and hourlys - ?
Do we really need my IPA? If not, I am going to give my ticket to Dave. As it sounds like he is bringing the most beer for someone without a free pass.
How about it? How much beer do we have. Time to get an official list here. I am willing to donate a keg of beer. But if we have plenty without it, I would just as soon keep it.

I've got a couple gallons of hefe that I might or might not bring, depending on whether it's still good.
I don't think we need your beer, Tim. Regardless, give your ticket to Dave.

At this point, I'm not giving a ticket to anyone. I think Tony is handling that stuff. I am just not taking the ticket. I was suggesting Dave, based mostly on volume (beer volume, not Dave's volume).

I have a California common steam ale, a Belgium Wit IPA, and the 12 bottles of India Black Ale.
Let me know if I need to bring anymore than just the India Black Ale.

Thanks for offering up your pass, Tim. But, I had already set one up for Dave. Keep your IPA for Grout or whatever, looks like we can fill in with other beers.
KJ - That coffee porter would make a great hourly special. One gal would be good.
Kurt - The Cali Common would make another hourly special in addition to the Black IPA.
Seeing as KJ has his tickets already, the other pass should go to Kurt.
KJ & TOM BURNS - we have the tap box and CO2/regulator covered?
Anything else we need?

I'll supply CO2 for 5 kegs (ball lock) I have 1 cobra tap I'll bring. I will bring 1 gallon of coffee porter, but have a question... What's the best way to bottle/fill a growler from a keg without losing carbonation. I have a carbonator top for a 2L bottle, so if anyone has another I can borrow, that would be great. Otherwise, I've had issues filling growlers without losing carbonation. Suggestions?

Tony or Travis,
You mind if I swing by some night this week and have you try the California common and the wit IPA to see which one you want me to be. The California common is just OK and I kinda want a second opinion before bringing.

I just hope no one goes overboard, I don’t think there is any reason to go beyond the 25 gallon cap as I’d hate to see any more friction from Millstream and hate to see folks have to pay to give beer away.
Tony as you know I have some of the club items I’ll need to get to you or another club member, Also please don’t forget to post up some flyers for the next meeting at the long branch.
I should have an extra sign up sheet for those interested.

Again, I willl be there with a tapbox for 3 kegs and co2 to push it. Do we have more than 3 kegs to tap? Looks like most are bottles and your tap-a-draft Tony. I think people are gonna be pissed when the beer runs out early. Maybe the probrewers will get to serve some beer.

Big T, PM'ed you about transfer of banner, etc. Printing up meeting flyers as we speak.
Dawned on me that I don't have a way to store the Rocktoberfest keg and keep it cold.

Anyone else able to swing by 3rd Base and pick it up? Did I read that we had some left in the keg from Beer Camp? Who has it and how much is left?
Kurt, if you feel that the Belgian Wit will represent the Club better than the Cali Common, I trust your judgment. Let's go with the Belgian.
Fingers crossed, the weather report sounds good for Sunday.

I have space in my fridge for 1 corny keg. I can probably stop by some time and get it. Unless someone else wants to.

I have an untapped keg of the Rocktoberfest, if needed.
