Tony -- That gratin dish sounds awesome!
The grill will be ready to go. Thanks for offering to bring food. I guess I was wrong when I said I wouldn't have any food available -- there should be plenty of apples to eat!
Anyone else that wants to bring food, beer, cider, etc., feel free to do so.
See you all tomorrow around 6:00.

I have been out of it lately, way too much work and games to get to. I am just seeing this post today. I would really like some cider but won't be able to make it tonight (volleyball game). I will be available most of this weekend though, if you have apples left and would be willing to crush and press some more. Let me know after tonight if there will be any left. I usually make 10 gallons a year but will gladly take any amount you are willing to give. Thanks, Lee, for doing this for us cider drinkers!

I'm sorry I can't make the meeting! My wife is laid-up and I need to stay close. I'm hoping I'll get to taste some yummy cider at upcoming club meetings.

I plan to be there tonight at 6. I have all my apples washed. I will bring something to throw on the grill too.

I'll be there right around 6 too. I'll bring an Autum Maple from The Bruery, Sutliff Cider, and 1 or 2 other bombers of beer to try.

I'll be there, it may be a bit after 6, but I'll be there.
I've got 4 buckets of apples, a couple of which are all Liberty. I'm hoping someone is willing to trade some different varietals with me. My thinking being a blend of apples should increase the complexity. If no one wants to trade, well, so be it.
(Lee, you don't currently have me on the list of cider makers.)

Derek -- there are plenty of Jonathon apples that were picked on Sunday intended for HACAP. It will be no problem for you to trade some of your Liberty for those Jonathons. There might be some Ozark Gold apples intended for HACAP also available.

Tom B : 3-4

I'm starting to get a cold, and am choosing not to come spread my germs tonight. Have fun!

I was out of town this weekend so I couldn’t contribute, but planning on stopping out tonight so see your setup, and shoot the breeze about everything in regards to fermenting apples.

Thanks to everyone that came out to the Tech meeting tonight. I'm amazed that we pressed around 20 gallons/hour and managed about 4 gallons/bushel of apples. You guys worked pretty hard and I'm looking forward to tasting the dividends in this coming year. Thanks especially to Rick for letting us use his King Kong "vegetable chopper" for apples.
I had a few leftovers, including 1 cooler (Tim?) with ice and mustard inside and several 5 gallon buckets (several said RC - Randy?). Please let me know if you think you left something behind.

One more thing -- if everyone could publish the volume they took home, it would be appreciated.

I really wish I could have made it. Instead, I was at work prepping for a demo tomorrow.
