I too booked a room on monday for the riverfront.
My question is do we have enough rooms? If so can I cancel my room and jump onto a room with someone?

Bob Weir and Ratdog are playing the same convention as NHC on the tuesday before the convention.

We need to start planning for this. As mentioned at the meeting, we are starting a sub-group of people going to NHC so that we can coordinate travel and Club Night. What's everyone's evening or weekend availability like? I can meet most week nights except Mondays, next week I can't do Wednesday-Sunday. I'm also around most weekends.

How's next Tuesday?

I am available after 8pm Wed & Thurs. Weekends are tough, possibly Sunday nights.

Also, I may end up driving separate unless others want to leave early enough to be back Saturday, June 14 about 3pm. I want to be back in CR for my daughter's first dance recital and wife's birthday.
