Yeah, when I said sulfites, I meant both sulfites and sorbates. But maybe I can just add the sorbate. I've done it too on a beer that got infected but still tasted good once. And it was fine for months.

I have about 1.5 lbs of my sickly sweet artificially colored stuff in there, and I'm going to do about 2 lbs more in a "secondary". I need to get on it like.. this weekend latest. The beer itself seems okay, if not a little on the strong side. We will see. It still could suck.
