Hmm I can't spell, and the auto correct got the best of me again. What I meant to say was did anyone mash with the cereal, and not dry hop it

Yes, I mashed 5 lbs of breakfast cereal with about 10 lbs of malt. And man, what a mess that was.

Yeah, when I said sulfites, I meant both sulfites and sorbates. But maybe I can just add the sorbate. I've done it too on a beer that got infected but still tasted good once. And it was fine for months.
I have about 1.5 lbs of my sickly sweet artificially colored stuff in there, and I'm going to do about 2 lbs more in a "secondary". I need to get on it like.. this weekend latest. The beer itself seems okay, if not a little on the strong side. We will see. It still could suck.

My concoction turned out alright after all. When is the turn in? Am I too late? This month has been brutally busy for me. I see that the event is on the 26th... are those dates still current for this?
