IT IS THE LAST WEEK!!!!!

We have 15 brewers bringing 57 beers. (Eric Benda, Tony Browning, Randy Carris, Cal Corrin, Matt Franklin, Shane Freese, Karl Hoech, Mike Hora, Mark Jensen, Andrew Maixner, Sheryas Mathur, Daryl McCall, Pat McCusker, Lee Paulson, Josh Peansky)

Here is the link to the App. http://crbeernuts.herokuapp.com

Have your beer entered by Thursday when you come to the meeting.

Matt at Benz has given us permission to drop our kegs in his cooler as early as Thursday.

Friday night Eric and Matt will be cleaning the tap lines. The tap list will be finalized Friday during the day. If your beer isn't on the list Thursday night, don't complain when it wasn't poured on Saturday.

Nine people have signed up to work before/ during/ and after the festival. (Tony Browning, Mark Jensen, Karl Hoech, Andrew Konigsmark, Josh Peansky, Travis Kasper, Eric Benda, Cal Corrin, and Terry Arnold.

Are we going to tag kegs with numbers? If we can at least number each keg when the go in to cooler that would help a ton.

Yes, I would like to use the tags. Do we need more of them, or does somebody have them?

So.. I have been like as busy as I have ever been in my whole life since Homebrewcon and I have not brewed. I have a cider that might be ready by Sunday that has been aging from before then.. I'll probably know by Thursday if it's good. I will serve it still because I'm still out of CO2, but I will back sweeten it tomorrow night likely, and it's been "lagering" since May. I might be able to bring the Jack Daniels chip beer from Homebrew con, but it's an ass kicker anyway. That keg might have enough to serve. Don't know. It came out a bit too strong and aging it hasn't changed it all that much. That one was brewed 1/1/17. Next time I'd use half the amount of the time on the chips.

Regardless, I signed up for the front entrance since I've not done that before for the first two stints, and a "flavor magician" what ever that is.. I assume mixing the Amoretti syrups for soda. If not.. well. I signed up for it anyway. So even if I end up bringing nothing I am certainly willing to help. I will clean up as well afterwards. I'd help set up but that's early for me coming from Coggon... If I show that early I will help also.

I likely won't be able to make the meeting on Thursday.

Wish me luck on being able to brew again soon.

Fred

Do I need to add any new clubs to the web app? There's currently 13 club options including Am-Pro and Independent. We only have beer entries from Mugz and Burlington Mob. Who has the list if clubs attending?

So if I can successfully back sweeten my hard cider tonight, can I and should I still bring it? Or is it too late? I'm sorry about my lack of ability to bring anything good this year. I have a really good excuse but I can't say what it is quite yet. I will help out as much as I can tomorrow to make up for it.

Bring it. We have 68 kegs. Many of them are partials. We can get it on somewhere.
