Mine has a screw top. You can fit all kinds of different stuff to clean about anything.

Well it’s assembled and works. A 5 gallon is too short with the pump I bought. I have some simple solutions there.

Get the CIP ball. I think that’s the cherry on top. Just waiting for my faucet jumpers to use this on my keezer.

I just connect the taps by putting 1/2" tubing on the nozzles.

Cleaned 8 kegs yesterday, worked very well. I have some 1/2" and 3/4" PVC leftover I could donate to the club for if/when this becomes a tech meeting.

Thanks Chris.

What lengths do you have?

Used the keg washer while brewing Saturday. Common practice at my place, kegs sit dirty under pressure until brew day. Then throw on the keg washer.

Worked great on my new fermenter too. Washed off crude that had been in there a month. No scrubbing and very clean.

That's good to hear, Matt, as I cleaned my Fast Fermenter over the weekend and it's a PITA in the sink. So knowing the keg washer works on it, too is good news.

I would have to measure. I think they came in 6' lengths for a couple bucks each. Easily half of each is still remaining. More than enough to build another if someone were to buy the misc fittings needed.

For me that seems like a hassle since mine is 20 gallons and very wide. If you could use your bathtub I don't see why it wouldn't work with a spray ball and using a larger amount of water/cleaner to cover the pump.

Then again I also don't see the need to go through this. I rinse and wipe mine down after brew sessions and every few brews run near boiling water through the system (pump, chiller, hoses, kettle)

This makes quick work of large kettles. You can scrub quickly in a circle:

I have 10 gallon with a boil coil, to get it clean usually takes some soaking time with pbw, to get the boil coil scrubbed well
