I could do either day as well. My keg is waiting patiently in my basement.

Pretty much right at a full Barrel. If we don’t have yours, yet I suppose a week delay wouldn’t hurt

I haven’t heard from Daryl. Matt hadn’t brewed the Flanders yet. I suppose we should move forward and start filling the barrel today. Then top it off next weekend. I’m sure you guys want the RIS too. How about 1:30p today to start filling the barrel. If you can’t come today, then I’ll set up time at 9am on Saturday Jan 22 for the couple that can’t make today.

Mike, can you transfer mine out of a bucket into the barrel, or do you want it in a keg?

Keg is easier. But I can do a bucket if needed by siphon. For sure you’ll want a keg for the RIS.

I have mine in a bucket as well. Don't have an empty keg right now. Shall I bring my bucket over too. I'm guessing the blanket of CO2 in the headspace should make it safe for me to transport it this way.

Mike, I forgot your address.

What's everybodies thoughts on filling the rest of the barrel. Should we wait until the rest of us can all get there on the same day? Less cleaning and work for Mike if we go that route
