I was planning to attend and contribute beer, but I've been sick the past couple of days, and am going to pass. Bummer because it's always a lot of fun.

Also I spoke to the organizers of brewbq and they will be coming down to benz to talk to us near the later half of the event. Hope were all sober enough to make sense. Be prepared if u have any questions or recommendations.
Lastly. Any one have any better clamp for our banner. Have one good one and the other doesn't hold well.

I just talked to Benz ( yes Benz hisherself! ) They will have canopies set up....unless its as windy as last year of course. And it looks like its supposed to be pretty calm.
He said they'll be pouring some Bells 9000. Haven't had that one yet.

I have a few dozen clamps of various flavors available for use. What type of clamp is needed for the banner?
When are folks arriving to set up?
Thanks,
Lee

We have a beer sign up, but we should probably have another list of external items so we can consolidate the list (canapy, sign, co2, tap boxes, picnic taps). So we can figure out what we have and still need.
Just like the beer list lets just copy the list and make additions. Do we need to bring food for this.
Jeremy O. ----- 4 picnic taps
Jeremy O. ----- Portable CO2 charger.
Jeremy O. ----- Hand Keg air Pump
