I have a keg of the Rocktoberfest too with only a glass or two missing from it. I will bring my tap and CO2 charger in case we need it.

Anyone want to coordinate rides? I drove some people last year so I figure it is my turn to ride.

OK I hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes here, but I'm trying to figure out what I'm on the hook for here.
Here's what I have compiled.

Beers

Brewer Amount Style Keg, Y/N
Club 5 gal Oktoberfest Y
Tony 4.5 gal various N
Dave 3 gal IPA N
Tom ???? Weizenbock ????
Kurt ???? ???? ????
Kent 1 gal? Coffee Porter ????

So depending on how much Top and Kurt bring, we have 3-5 gallons of cap room left? I know I'm forgetting people here, so please speak up.

Equipment
Tom 3 tap box With CO2 for 3 should be enough unless more kegs sign up. I can bring mine in a keg if we have space.

Again, I'm not trying to usurp this from Tony, I'm just bored making sure I understand what I'm supposed to bring.

Matt, you're in charge of getting the Rocktoberfest keg you have to the Fest.

We'll save the other club keg(s) for later.

KJB - no blood, no foul, dude. If you're worried about transferring the coffee porter to growlers, bring it in the keg. We should be able to fit it on the tap box, as we only have 2 other kegs - Rocktoberfest & TOM BURNS!

Cool, I'll just bring the keg. I'll have about 3 gallons, then.

I'm bringing a gallon of Black India Ale, Spiced Porter, and a California Common.

We dont need to pour all of them but the option is there if we run low towards the end.
Beer! It's not just for breakfast anymore!

10-4 I will bring the Rocktoberfest. Remember, whoever gets there first to try and get our traditional back corner. It is a nice shaded spot in the afternoon and the corner gives us expanded seating. I am aiming to be there by 11.

Sweet! Sounds like we're set on the beers.

Travis, need the Club stuff - banner, badges, etc. I have printed meeting flyers and a signup sheet.

Because of the dogs, we can't be there too early. We're shooting for 11:30am.

Dave,

Me and my cooler can ride with you if there is room. My girlfriend said she'll be coming down afterward to pick me and anyone else that needs a safe ride home.

Yeah there's room. I have to pick up Matt at 10:30, would you be ready around 10:15?

Dave you got room for me as well? I had spoken to Kurt last night, before I saw the post, the wife was going to give me and Kurt a ride out their, however, if there is room, maybe we could both just jump in with you.
The wife is not planning on going this year, so she was just going to drive.
