Wow. that is a lot of glasses. Should we just order ~500 this year and fill in with the 2013 glasses for the late stragglers?

I'm tending to agree, use more glasses and save the storage space. Buy quantity is multiples of 72. option would be 360, and the next price break is 504 for $0.07 but shipping is lower with fewer glasses.

I'm cool with 360. Ordering fewer glasses and using glasses that are already paid for = more profit. We are almost split 50/50 on glass style. The drawback of the pilsner style is the price. The $ we save on glassware this year can be used on a different style next year.

They are sending me a sample glass by the 18th. They assured me they would be delivered by the event date.

Dave R has an SDK application for the event that will be reset 30 days in advance of the fest. It's getting submitted to the Google play store shortly.
