I have one soda (rootbeer) made to bring.
Is anyone else bringing soda, or other NA beverages for DDs?
Will they be set up on faucet taps, or shall I bring a picnic tap + CO2 charger for it?

Are we going to be setting up some extra tents for people stand under, with the weather forecast calling for rain?

Setup starts at 10. We have a lot to do as we set up entire fest, not just the bar. No worries if can't make it at 10. We should have enough folks to get started. There is a sign up for setup and other jobs mentioned earlier on here.
For rain, don't worry too much yet. It is Tuesday and this is Iowa. My app says 90% chance so solid chance of rain. That means it could be any where from 0% to 100% by Saturday.

We have a lot of canopies at Benz to use and will setup all we have. One of our earlier years we did the a festival at Benz in the rain and it ended up being a blast. Looked like a shanty town. Fest goes on rain or shine and we will set up every and any canopy at our disposal. If you have a canopy to share, bring it along. The more the merrier.

Andrew, bring a cobra tap and charger but we may just put the soda on tap at one of the stations. I did see there is one Ginger Ale being offered by a member of THIRSTY so at least one other N/A beverage.

Yep figured as much. I remember Benz Fest in the Rain 6 or 7 years ago it was fun. Any extra canopies would be nice.

I am bring my jockey box and CO2 for sodas. 2 taps. I have a set of lines dedicated to soda, so it won't make my beer taste like wintergreen ginger root beer!

I have some homemade root beer left in a 2 1/2 gallons corny pin lock that I can bring to the festival. I also did an inventory of my bottles and I have several beers that I have several bottles left that I can bring. I will enter them in the app tonight.
