I assume y'all all read the email for the Prefunk party, but if not, this part is kind of important:
When you arrive, we’d like to request that you have a hard copy of your ticket (emailed upon purchase) printed and handy at the door. We're old school like that.

Wednesday evening: Chop and Brew party 5-10:30. If you've signed up you should have gotten and email with instructions. I we get up there in time it might be a good time to hit one or two nearby breweries too.
There's something I apparently missed. I am not signed up for this. Is it too late? If not, how do I sign up?

Craze and Ankeny have already commited to our festival. Have heard nothing back from IBU so be cool and try to convince them to pour at our event August 19.

I will print up my own cards for the SC and Club nights for my 2 beers. I have a color printer, also, so if anyone needs theirs printed out, I'll volunteer to help.
If I recall correctly, the Club Night beer signs are 8 1/2" x 11"??
Tony, it looks like your template here is old. See the earlier post by Randy. He has the correct templates. 5" x 7" for Social Club.

It might be nice to get a voluntary list of people's name / email / cell# on the hotel/schedule spreadsheet (publicly-linked google drive sheet?) just-in-case for ease of communications?
Matt, do you have the spreadsheet you started in this post to add to ?

Would it be helpful for me to bring the trailer to the meeting Thursday night so you guys can check it out and help you plan what you want to take out, how much space you have, etc... I will be to meeting about 8:15. Last dance class for my daughter. Then can finally make meetings earlier.
Trailer has shelves in front that contain sand bags, two tap boxes (On is not currently functional), 20' x 10' canopy, box of pitchers and other items, and tool box. Shelves are strong enough to hold at least my body weight. Could be used as bunk beds if necessary.

Both bars are anchored to a 2" x 4" frame. There is a rack above that you can strap the long PVC tubes for our signs too. Also an overhead shelf that the chalkboards can fit in. This overhead shelf not designed for really heavy items. Mostly the chalkboards and other signage. The shelves are upside down shelves which means they have edges all the way around to keep stuff from sliding off during transport.
Outstanding items I plan to finish before NHC include replacement of the small casters on the old bar with four larger ones and mounting the gas tanks inside the bar for safer and more convenient transport.
If you remove the stuff on the floor in the front under the shelves, the clearance is 26". This fits corney and pin lock kegs. There are D rings to the sides you can use to ratchet strap in kegs there against the front wall of the trailer.
The ramp rest flat on the floor between the bars. Easy to slide out from there to unload. It is upright in picture because I was moving crap around. Only thing under the old bar in the picture is a box of paper towels, so lots of storage room available under there.

I seem to remember them saying somewhere that the larger size was preferred, but whatever works.

Here is the spreadsheet. I have not looked in a while to see if still current.

+1. Looks like a good time. I was thinking of bringing a 2 year old mead I found in the corner of my basement to "Chop N' Bru". I suppose I shouldn't embarrass myself like that now!
Lets not make this a mess.. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, but it almost seems that everything (at least at the AHA/BA's end) is starting to fall apart. I'm more than a bit pissed that my keg tags never came, even though I did it in plenty of time to get them mailed to me and got a e-mail confirmation saying they would be. I'm wondering if I shouldn't reconfirm my registration. I am going to at least bring a web printout with me.
Do you guys think I should try to resubmit for will call? ... I have another beer that will be turned around in time that I could/should bring, so maybe I ought to do that anyway? If I need to get kegs to the trailer instead of trying to schlep them in Andrew's Elantra, then I kinds sorta have to know where and when sooner than later.
I'm going to try to do what I was going to tomorrow tonight so I can make the meeting, but I'm not 100% I'll be successful. Keep us informed... Thanks for the link to the signage. I'll get that squared away in the next couple of days.

It's 5" x 7" this year for Social Club.

Beer Signage
All clubs pouring in Social Club should download and provide beer signage for any beer you’re serving to attendees.
Not only will this help people get the beer style they love most, they’ll be able to ask for it by name and pat you on the back after falling in love with that amazing taste!
5″ x 7″ stands are provided for the Social Club bars.
Please download, print out and cut down to size a signage card for each beer you bring.

We can do what we want for Club Night. In Grand Rapids we made our own and did use plastic sleeves and sat on our bar top. Sounds like plan this year is to print our own labels to use with our sign stands like at our typical festivals. AHA signs are just provided for Club Night as an option.

As Matt said, we plan to use our own beer sign holder that goes on top of the bar. Again, it would be nice if someone can make printed cards to go on there instead of making hand-written ones. Just looks more professional. I only suggested using the 5x7 ones as additional signage because we'll have already made them for SC. I though we could tape them across the front of the bar or hang them up behind.

OK, we're going to meet at Matt's house Tuesday night after 7 to take some of the excess stuff out of the trailer and load in kegs. If you'd like to have you keg transported then you can either drop them off to Matt's house the days before or show up then. Ideally, all the kegs going into the trailer should have tags on them. If not, you'll need to make sure you meet us when we unload to get your tags (from will-call etc.) on them so they'll accept them into storage.
For tags, my understanding is that if you where not able to get tags mailed or picked up at will-call, they'll have blank ones you can fill out there. It's just one more thing to do of course.
