Don't forget to print up some flyers about the next club meeting at the Long Branch!

Sorry, I won't be there, but I have an annual golf outing this Saturday with a number of friends coming in from out of state. It will be a party!

Ya'll have fun at Brew-B-Q and don't forget to represent!

By my count we've got 10 kegs coming and 6 taps (excluding Kent's 5 taps). Anyone else want to bring a manifold and CO2?

3 tap tapbox Tom B
2 taps and 5# CO2 John I
1 tap tapbox Travis S

Thanks, Matt...

and Kent has offered up his 5 gas lines and CO2 as well.

I was wondering if anyone who's already planning on going wants to bring CO2 and gas lines.

I've got a picnic tap I could bring.  I've got  a CO2 tank, but no manifold.

Looks like we can tap 6 at a time. Do we need to tap all 10 at once?

Sounds like we have enough equipment and supplies for the demo, thanks everyone. I'll still be there around noon as well for set up and questions at the demo. I don't have any Beer Nuts apparel though so will probably pull the Hawkeye shirt out. Unless anyone wants to loan me one of the gray work shirts without your embroidered name on it. Totally fine if I just wear the Hawk shirt though.

I'm not going to make up for the demo, but should be there before serving starts at 3pm. Everything I'm bringing is in bottles, so nothing to set up.

Randy or whoever is going up early for the Demo, lets try and hook up so you can grab the club Banner, its sounds like the demo area is going to also be our serving spot so we can dual purpose this.

Also, one of us should get a couple of flyers posted for the demo for the next meeting at long branch.. hand out biz cards and get a signup sheet started.

I plan on getting up there early but not that early.. let me know someone in CR area that I can get the goods to that will be up for the demo.

I think lives north bound of CR right?

If you still want my CO2 charger and tap let me know. Someone will need to stop by my house to pick it up. I won't be around Friday or probably Saturday, so make it today or I can leave it on the porch Friday.

It's just a short detour for me. I can stop by tonight. Probably be close to 6.

Will that work?

I was thinking about 7-7:30 Travis. Unless Derek was reponding to you. I'll give you a call before I come over.
