You guys are more then welcome to brew for this. Howver, we are shooting for a barrel fill of April 2nd so if you want to get in on this you would need to brew by the end of next weekend in order to have enough time to brew, ferment, and secondary. So I would order up your ingrediants and plan you brew!

Just brewed the RIS today, hit 1.102 for SG. That thing was a mess in the boil kettle, though! Shit load of hot break material. Just got an oxygen system so blasted 60 seconds of O2 in it as well. Should be a healthy fermentation.

Thanks to Rick, Kent, Tom & Matt for coming out yesterday for the 20 gallon team brew day. I had a great time and really appreciate your guys' collective help.

Thank you for hosting, and teaching me an awful lot about the whole all-grain process.

No problem Lee, Thanks for hosting and putting up with us. FYI, the wort I have is bubbling away nicely. I had to re-top off the airlock on one already.

With the grain not coming till next week I'll be late getting my batch done. If we get enough to fill the barrel I guess mine can be used for filler.

I'm in the same boat as Tom. I'm hoping to brew on the 20th which won't make the deadline, but I'm still committed to donating to the effort.

We can only fill the barrel if we get enough beer. We may have to push the fill date back a weekend so folks that needed grain from the Millstream order have time to brew. Everyone brew as soon as you can and we may have to make some adjustments. I am going to try to brew mine this week.

Yes please, if you can not brew this weekend due to the lateness of the grain order. Please, Please, brew next weekend if you can. With the temps changing outside I don't want to push this back too long, and as Matt said we have to have enough to fill the barrel. If we have to push back a week, well there is no way around that.

Matt,
I'm not going to be able to make it to the meeting this week. Do you want to get together some other night this week? Also, did you need hops?
