I plan on showing up for dinner & beers before the meeting, so I should be there by 7pm.

Committee members: It's time to get the details laid down for the event. So before the next committee meeting think about the following and bring us your ideas/solutions:

1. Tap layouts. We should have a plan on how we want the club taps organized and how we're going to rotate beers.

2. Beer list. Are we going to print a list for attendees?

3. Event layout. What's going where? We should lay it out on graph paper or use software. The day will go a lot smoother if we've got this worked out in advance.

4. Final checklist of things we need to bring and who's bringing them.

5. What are we missing?

I added another 5 gallons. I didn't see a standard Hefe so I will try to get one brewed this weekend so it is ready for the fest. I added it to the website already.

I added another 5 gallons to the list. I've been trying brew the last 3 weekends without success so I've added a Saison that I've already have on hand.

I talked to the people at Brewed Cafe and they will put up a poster (if we have one) and we can sell tickets at the register (for cash).

I will take 15 tickets for a trial run if this sounds like something the board wants to do.

We're getting press:

Quinton, check with me to get posters. Tim now has the tickets after I spaced and left the envelope at the Committee meeting (doh!)

I signed up for 3 German hefe and 3 black IPA.  I am still listed as 7 unspecified yet.  Can anyone fix that? On Sep 27, 2012 4:18 PM, "tony b" <brew-members@crbeernuts.org (brew-members@crbeernuts.org)> wrote:

Paul,
Please read the instructions here:

This is the official list. The original one that was posted was retired in place of this much better list.

Thanks!

If we have room I might do a short beer comparison. I have a blonde, 1 wort, 2 different yeasts, and a pre/post barrel beer. I could run 20- 45 minutes depending on demand.

That might work out great at the Demo table.

Randy, add that to the agenda for Tuesday's Committee meeting - Demo ideas/volunteers/posted schedule of events.

Bata's is an awesome choice for food vendor. Benz parking lot is 100 x33. I walked it off.
