Apperance- pours a light copper with a full white head. High carbonation, very small bubbles rise throough the entire glass.
Aroma- spicy, citrus nose, slightly alcoholic
Taste- fruity, caramel/malty, some spiciness possibly from hops, a bit of citrus as well. No real bitterness. I wonder if they used a combination of West Coast and Noble hops. Finishes dry.
Mouthfeel- Highly effervescent, clean, acidic
Overall- Almost like a triple. It has more of a fruity/spicy character and the carbonation is almost champange like.
