The next tech meeting will be held on Feb 9th 2011. The topic of the meeting is "Bring out your broken". This is your oppurtunity to bring beers that you feel have some type of infection, have a strange flavor, or are just not really happy with.
We as a group, will try to analyse the problem and help diagnose corrections. So in addition to bring your beer. Please bring some information on your setup: for example, do you ferment in Carboy's or plastic pales, what type of cleaner and sanitizer do you use, etc?
