Gluten Free Pale Ale Brewing Tuesday 2/8/11
I'm brewing this year's gluten free beer for my sister. I'm using 6lbs sorghum syrup from NB, 1lb dark brown sugar boiled down to a 1qt syrup, Hallertau for bittering and Cascade for late and whirlpool hops. Safale US-05 for the yeast. My sister is not a hop head but I hope to change that. I'll bring some to the March meeting. Also planning on entering in NHC 2011.
