Another forum update to (hopefully) fight spam

The last upgrade to our site was supposed to help cut down on spam, but I swear it made it worse.
In any case, I've just done another update. We'll see how this one goes.
This will never stop an individual who actually signs up and then posts garbage, but it will hopefully cut down on the automated systems.
